The Mott House is located directly across from the Spring House Hotel’s main building. Here we have 17 guest rooms consisting of Standard Queens, Studios, and Suites. Located on High Street, the Seawinds townhomes are just a five-minute walk away from the hotel and only 15 minutes from downtown. Seawinds includes four townhouses that provide three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen, air conditioning, and washer and dryer units.
